Moore Law draws upon its legal expertise in commercial and intellectual property law to advise clients across a number of sectors.
These specialisms have evolved from the Founder’s early career experience in-house at a global technology company as well as repeat business over many years from leading companies, organisations and individuals within certain sectors such as life sciences, technology & new media and sport.
Our sector experience does not preclude us from advising clients in other areas on commercial contract and Intellectual property matters (and we frequently do and are well equipped to do so) but we will not advise on sector specific legal and regulatory matters where we do not have the requisite experience.
We are well connected to an independent network of professionals both in the UK, Europe and the US many of whom have experience in those areas of law and sectors that we do not advise upon and we are therefore able to work alongside and make introductions where appropriate.
We always make time to get to know our clients businesses but our specialist experience means that we can hit the ground running when advising in our niche sectors and this can give our clients the edge.
We are particularly strong in sport, life sciences and innovation and technology and new media and our experience is endorsed by our clients and, in confidentially sensitive cases, by our anonymous case studies.
If you are unsure whether our expertise covers your business specialism please do contact us for a frank appraisal.
